Rick's Smoked Brisket
Ingredients

Brisket

Traeger Rub
Directions
-
Liberally sprinkle Traeger Rub on both sides of brisket.

Preheat smoker to 225 degrees. Cook time for smoker is 1.5 hours per pound of brisket.

Place meat on an open grate for 3/4 of cooking time. Once it has cooked for 3/4 of time, remove and wrap in foil. Place back in smoker and finish cooking.

Remove from heat and let the meat in foil for 30 minutes.
