Rick's Smoked Brisket

Ingredients

  • Brisket

  • Traeger Rub

Directions

  • Liberally sprinkle Traeger Rub on both sides of brisket. 

  • Preheat smoker to 225 degrees. Cook time for smoker is 1.5 hours per pound of brisket. 

  • Place meat on an open grate for 3/4 of cooking time. Once it has cooked for 3/4 of time, remove and wrap in foil. Place back in smoker and finish cooking.

  • Remove from heat and let the meat in foil for 30 minutes. 

  • Enjoy!
