This is a deposit for a HALF COW. Our next cow will be ready in mid-May. The balance on the cow will be due at time of delivery, and on average will be $2300 - 2750. Deposit is non-refundable. Final price is $6.25/lb for hanging weight. You will pay half of the processor fees - we will cover the other half for you!
Once you put down your deposit, we will send you a cut sheet so you can decide what cuts you want. It will include approximately 40% ground beef and 60% cuts. Cuts include:

Half Cow - Deposit
We do not ship half or whole cows. Local pick-up only. We will let you know when your half cow is ready for pick-up. We are open for pick-up the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.
